You may need a Kinect adapter.
You need the DirectX9 version of MMD, OR Miku Miku Moving
Plug your kinect into both a power source and USB.
Download Microsoft SDK Kinect developers kit. (just google Kinect Drivers PC)
run the installation.
download DXOPenNI and or MoggDXOpenNI from the VpVp wiki where you got MMD and extract the files into MMD's Data folder.

run mmd and do the kinect thingy. (MMM has it's own little tab)

I downloadet all these things, my kinect is blinking green and my Kinect is connected with my computer. But when i want open MMD and i klick of kinect, the red figure is doesn't there :( Have you got any idea why?

Good luck.
Also, with either platform it's rather obstinate, meaning it'll only work part of the time. So be prepared for some table flipping.
